Front diff failure x 2. Where to source another?

Hi. Had a badly failing front diff replaced in my 2013 2.0 xdrive. The replacement is starting to get noisier after less than 1000 miles (had 85K miles or so). Have had all front bushings/bearings including the transfer case replaced and it's otherwise nice and tight up front.

I'm returning it under warranty. Car-part.com and eBay list a bunch of available diffs but pricey and/or far or high miles. No guarantee that the available units are good. Does anyone have advice on where to find a solid replacement unit that won't immediately show signs of failure?

I had thought about rebuilding the original unit with non-tapered bearings but my shop scrapped the original unit.

Any other solutions suggested? Thanks.

When my rear diff went out I bought a used one off ebay for a few hundred dollars. Kept my old one to rebuild.
