how to remove those tiny dots on car paint?

I have been seeing tiny dirt dots and rusty dots on car paint, I couldn't wash them away. it's alpine white, you couldn't really tell unless you are up close but it annoys me.

Tar Remover if the dirt dots are black, also look for iron x or any other similar iron fall out.

It will be tar and brake dust. Will come off pretty easy with the right cleaning products.

I've tried a lemon scented one. That was even worse

He's talking about the rust dots, common on BMW paint jobs. That's a clay bar thing for sure.
