Convert Staggered Wheels Setup to Non Staggered

I am looking for options to convert my current X1 M-Sport Style 355 staggered 18" wheel setup to non-staggered:

BMW LA wheel, M Double Spoke 355 Bolt Pattern: 120mm:
8JX18 ET:30 36117842636
9JX18 ET:41 36117842637

I have another car which can use the same wheel configuration and driven lot less than the X1. I am trying to source the same wheels as the X1, put the wider wheels on the X1 and the narrower wheels on the other car. With this setup I can rotate tires not only between two axles, but between two cars. I know at the end I will end up with replacing eight tires at the same time, but hopefully I would be able to extract the maximum performance life of good tires.

My question is: Somebody wants to either:

1. Sell me a set of staggered Style 355 wheels?
2. Trade wide for narrow Style 355 wheels?
3. Trade narrow for wide Style 355 wheels?

Thanks for reading this!

The 9" ET41 will be really close to the strut if used on the front. Give it a try
and let us know.

I like your idea to run out tires on a wearing vehicle, and a non wearing tire aging vehicle.

When rear 9" is worn it could go to front on other vehicle (if it fits) where my 8" doesn't wear much.

I have saME car X1 s28i M sport, and rears barely get traction since 258 torque isn't split to front like the x models.

What would be alot of fun would be 9" in both vehicles all around with 255/35r18 smaller diameter 25" instead of 26", and more likely to fit.

Just keep wearing out rear of X1, and moving to non wearing car.

My idea gives you 1/2 inch more clearance for front, and 12 mm spacers on front can keep it off strut if necessary.

Front spacers might be better anyway to make track more square./

Front track is 1.1 inch more narrow than rear, and if front is too narrow cars sways at high speed.

We bought my wife's X1 35i Sport just about a year ago; it came with BMW's staggered 19" wheels and run flats (225's in front/255's in back). For a variety of reasons (which i'll detail in a separate post soon, hopefully with photos), I put on a set of 18x9 ET 30 Apex ARC-8's with 255/40's all around a couple of months ago. I've been REAL pleased -- no fitment issues whatsoever; and the 1" wider wheel in front and lower ET in back effectively widen the track at both ends. There's no room to spare between the strut and the tire in front; I can't imagine wheels with a higher ET working in front without spacers.
