She talks more when she's in pain. I've seen her hit her toe once. I know.

She thinks she can borrow my car and go on a road trip. After the last 20 hours I'm okay with borrowing him.

Seriously? I wouldn't be caught dead hanging out with anyone that had a magic bullet instead of a ninja blender.

If you were interested in buying one to make smoothies I would not recommend a ninja blender. There are only a couple blenders on the market that can make real smoothies. A Vitamix or a Blendtec neither are anywhere near your budget.

Personally we have a Blendtec as I don't like the look of the Vitamix machines.

Absolutely. There are probably 1000's of YouTube videos comparing a Vitamix or Blendtec to X brand.

Why would you take a blender with you on a night out?

Update:

I remembered she mentioned she wanted a Lululemon jacket but couldn't find it so after calling every store in my area I managed to track one down the day before her birthday. The moral of the story here is to remember things she likes when out at the mall. She also enjoyed the baking gear I got her. Ended the night with a steak dinner and Game 2 (she's a diehard basketball fan) at the hotel followed by some late night shenanigans with our best friend Victoria's Secret

That sounds like a lot more than $100!

Seriously, pace yourself. What are you going to do for the one year anniversary? 5 years?

I'm glad you guys had a nice time, though. And I'm sure she appreciated all the effort you put in.

Definitely went over budget but on the plus side she came back from a trip and got me some gifts probably worth more than what I spent lol. I should make it clear that we didn't actually go to Game 2 lol just watched on TV in the hotel.

Unless it was Motel6, you spent more than $100 just on the room.

NOT complaining, just sayin

We stayed at Aloft for $140 (tax included). Still pretty cheap and no complaints. We slept like babies.

Initially when I was planning a spending budget that was gift only, exclusive of accommodations and dinner.
