Passenger side mirror

2 month old 2015 x28 - I have been noticing for the past 3 weeks when backing up from our garage and the passenger side mirror automatically moves down to better guide you on that side but it always does not go back to it's original position. But if you are already driving around and put the X1 in reverse and back to Drive it comes back. So it seems like the problem is inly occuring on the initial movement of the vehicle when you put it in reverse. Anyone experiencing the same glitch? Any easy solutions or I just need to take it back to the dealership and just have them mess with it.

Yes, you need to put the mirror button on the arm rest to the right to stop the mirror from moving down when in reverse. Does that make since

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like the mirror is defective and needs to go back for service.
