Question LED reverse, turn signal and brake lights

As you all know, our 2013+ X1 does not have LED turn signal (corner of headlight cluster), brake lights and reverse bulbs. Look close at stock bulbs and you will see that they are incandescent. Why we don't at least get LED brake lights is a mystery. We do have LED tail lights and turn signal in the side view mirror.

I brought LED aftermarket bulbs from Weisslicht and installed (sorry no pics). Now I have flickering or what some would say is periodic strobing of the new bulbs. All bulbs were canbus and NO signal problems requiring any resistors. I think the computer is reading the lower voltage and the intermittent strobing is a test of some sort checking for bulb failure. Is there a way to code this out? Anyone had an issue like this. BTW, they were easy to replace, even the brake lights in the tailgate. Help...

Sorry I can't help you, but I've subscribed in case a solution is posted, and I'd love to see some pictures of the final result.

Even they advertise canbus error free (whatever that means) i don't believe they can put 20 wat resistors in the bulb housing. Even if there's resistor integrated it would create heat that can damage the housing. I put led reverse light and disabled the bulb check via coding.

The best way for me is a OBD2 cable with the software as described in the E90 coding forum. Next alternative is BMWhat app + Bluetooth or wifi obd2 adapter.

Yes the dealer CAN do it but idk if they are willing to do it.
