Plastic cover over eng valves

How do you remove that plastic cover with the BMW logo and twin turbo lettering that nest over the engine valve covers.

Great...it did work without braking any parts. I was looking under with a small mirror and I dropped the mirror and couldn't find it, blended perfectly with some of the parts on the valve cover.
