Did BMW make the 8 pin cable yet? I've looked around and couldn't find any info, and the dealer said nada

Hey man, I work for Apple. We do make a 30 pin to lightning adapter. You can find them in any Apple store on the accessory wall.

I use the USB to Lightning cables with out problems on my X1. Best Buy has a 6 inch long one that allows you to hide a I-Pod with out a lot of extra cable showing.

I'm not buying 2 cables to play music occasionally. Especially when said cables cost as much add my iPod.
I tried my 5th gen with the supplied cable and my cat told me to go f off. |

I use the short 6 inch cable from Best Buy on my I-Pod and I have a second that I charge my I-Phone with. They were around $20.00 each. I use the shorties because I don't like extra cable all over the place and they hide because they are black.
