Selling my 2014 X1 35i soon, opinion wanted

In the wake of buying my 2021 X3 M40i, we no longer need our 2014 X1 xdrive35i with 104k miles. As it has some performance parts (Downpipe, JB4 w/ CEL cancellation still, Charge Pipe), which way would you guys go:

A. List the car as is here and elsewhere, possibly sell the OEM catalytic converter either here or for scrap (or offer with the car for additional amount)

B. Replace the stock catalytic converter and remove the JB4 to sell the car as stock as possible (no reason to take off the charge pipe unless I happen to have the stock one still). Sell the JB4 and downpipe on the forum

It is in great condition, and I installed a 2" hitch on it in the past year, which is a bummer because I'll probably have to go to the dealer and get one on the X3.

I don't think I'd get enough out of it to trade it in shortly down the road - we may end up also replacing the 550i with another 20-21 X3 M40i this year (my wife and I both love the X3 and while the 550 is great it will end up costing much more in maintenance and insurance costs).
