Electric folding mirrors

Does anyone have experience with electric folding mirrors on their x1? We have the option only to close them by means of the button inside the door. On my old car (x3) it was also possible by holding the door lock key/button for a few seconds. We dont have now anymore electric seats with memory, might this be on influence?

Its just the button, its just getting in the habit to remember to fold them, good news the button does work after you have taken key out so not to bad

At least you guys have folding mirrors!! I wish i had them.

Thx for your reply, i've been in contact with the dealer also and he thought the same (allthough he did not know exactly). i am happy that my wife choose to take this option

Its a cost option on new build WP but handy to have....
