heater issue

Hi everyone,

I have an X1 2014 beautiful car...
My wife however is unhappy currently, her side (passenger) does not blowing any hot air.
I searched for fault codes, non are present...

What part cold be the problem...

Could be a bad flapper valve... can you get cold air out of her side?

Yes, cold air does come out on her side.

Hi Timbmwe84, a few questions:

1: Is your car equipped with dual-zone climate control (driver and passenger)?
And 2: does your car produce heated air in the other (driver and rear) zones?

Try checking your fuse box first, this could be a very simple electrical issue.
