What you refer to is Dynamic Performance Control which only exists on the X6 and X5 ///M. The Performance Control on the X1 and X3 are emulated by the DTC/DSC system. While it is a cheap option is some countries, it requires the M Sport Package in the US.

Okay just heard back from BMW and they want $1308 AUD To retrofit it

Is it worth it? I'm leaning to No
