2015 35 M Ultimate Package and tan interior....How rare?

I recent purchased this beauty (grossly overpaid) but I am a firm believer this car will be a classic. This is my 3rd X1, upgrading each time. This time, once and for all, I wanted a top of the line rare car.

I wonder if I found a hidden gem.

It's an M with the Ultimate package and tan interior.
I've only seen one other for sale over the last year.
What do you all think? Unicorn?

I am currently searching for the 225 style wheels to complete the package if the "every available option" car. It might take a couple years to find them at a decent price but I'm willing to take my time

Probably as rare as my 2013 Xline 35i Valencia orange and oyster interior 😉

what is oyster interior? is that the off white? I haven't seen too many of those
