n20 with catless downpipe + tune - Does yours smell???

Anyone here with an n20 and catless DP + tune? Does your setup smell with auto/start feature?

I read on some Subaru forums catless DPs smell less with a tune. On stoplights, the smell can be experience inside the cabin. But, since we have auto/start feature, will the smell even be an issue?

common. it happens to any car that runs catless for the most part. I haven't had one car without a tune and DP that didn't smell.

everyone complains a out it on the 335 as well.

But both you guys have n55s, right? To my knowledge you guys don't have the auto/start feature unlike the N20s.

Do you guys think it would still smell on an n20 if the motor shut off at a stoplight?

Probably, it's usually when moving slowly in traffic that I noticed it the most.

K. Last question, I promise.

When at a stoplight or diving slowly (with autostart/off feature on), can you guys still smell it with the windows rolled up?

Does your wife, gf, or kids complain about the smell?

I'm trying to work with Mike to contact ER, and they are requesting me to send over a picture of my cat to make sure I get the right version. Did you guys have to do this?

As far as I know, when I punch in my VIN, there's only 1 part number that shows up which also matches an X3.

I can send you a picture of mine if you want. It's the same one and will save you the hassle.
