Question Help : How to remove my central console?

Hi,

I'm new in this forum and i'm trying to install a Bluetooth car kit on my new BMW X1.

The first step to remove the radio is to remove the central console, but i don't find to way to have it out :

Parts 1 on this picture.

Do you know how i can remove it?

Thanks for your help.

You have to remove the dash plastic trim (silver color in my X1) to get to the radio and AC unit.

Just pry it off with an old credit card or similar, start from the right side and move towards the center....Be careful not to damage the trim surface and edges...

It is a pain in the arse.

You have to pull that number 1 piece up and out, nothing to grab on to though so really tricky.
