Yep Its the European Delivery for the US market. Basically you order your car, pick it up in Munich, drive it around for a while on holiday, drop it off and they ship it to the USA. We have a similar thing here in the UK where you can pick your car up at the factory, including a tour etc.
BMW ED web site is here http://www.edbmw.com/main/ Price point, mmm not sure in this context but in economics it basically means the price that is negotiated between the buyer and the seller where both are happy with the outcome.

Generally a model "price point" is the maximum price established by the BMW Marketing Dept in a particular geographic jurisdiction at which they believe a fool and his money can still be parted...
