Open-hood light keeps coming on even changing the hood sensor switch

my e90 M3 Sedan had the hood changed after hail damage, for some reason the open-hood light comes on every once in a while. BMW dealership recommended the hood sensor switch be changed, I have changed it but the light still keep turning on.

Any advice on what to do?

Maybe get the shop that replaced the hood to check the hood alignment and install...

they have tried to change the alignment. the odd, thing, it happens more in warm weather.
