255/35R19 too wide for front?

I've got a set of square wheels 19 x 8.5" ET35

Looking to see if a set of 255/35R19's would fit in all four corners.

I know they'll definitely fit in the rear, but I'm concerned about rubbing the strut in the front? anyone ever try it?

Stock suspension?
If so:
You'll rub on the inside fender on a sharp turn.
Go with 245/40

I got 245/35R20 in the front and it just barely doesn't rub.

I HAD M4 wheels on mine with 12mm spacers all around and LOWERED 255/35/19 up front and 295/30/19, it rubbed a tad when backing out on an incline, nothing to worry about. Had to give the wheels back to my friend who is putting his M4 back to stock.

Thank you! 19x9 ET 29 19x10 ET40, then added the 12mm spacers making it 17 and 28

Now I have Velgen VMB5 19x9(ET17 after an 18mm spacer) 19x10.5(ET33 after 12mm spacer) running the same 255/295 setup

Love the new wheels, too, Tony. I really like the black ones, though. Remember, black wheels matter.

Thank you, I just purchased them. There were several out there that all looked alike so always good to have 1st hand experience.

We really need a custom E84 pic thread. Not a lot out there so might as well group them.
