o2 sensor codes after shop work

I had to have my 2013 x1 35i in the shop for the past few months. Here is a list of work done:

New water pump
Used Front Differential
Used Transferase
Installed used cai
installed used cobb charge pipe

after all that work done, they blew the FDM after a jump start, got it sent off to be reprogrammed, and is working fine now

NOW. As soon as I drive it off the lot, I'm getting codes:

2D22- Oxygen sensor after CAT electrical line disconnection
387F- Power Management, closed circuit current violation
2D13- Oxygen sensor heating after CAT

I had my shop check the o2 sensor and all wires are connected, and its getting the same voltage readings whether the car is on or not.

Please help me figure this out
