BMW X1 E84 xdrive35i N55 Engine weird knock please help !

Can someone tell me what is this noise ? happens at 2500-3000RPM, idle is fine no noise.
No power loss no Check Engine light.
Rough idle, fuel efficiency decreased.
Been using 5W-30 Mobil 1 synthetic engine oil.
Used 3 bottle of liquid moly engine oil treatment.

Perhaps record it where you hear it the loudest instead of from the drivers seat. Have someone help you. Initially sounds like exhaust leak

Thanks for your responds ! (NOISE is FROM ENGINE BAY)
I brought my car to these guys and they told me....
1. Class A Mechanic says it sounds like "Timing Chain or VANOS bolt loose"
2. Mechanic shop says sounds like "Timing Chain guide"
3. European cars specialist says "Wrist Pin knock"
4. Youtube and Forum says "Rod Bearing knock"
5. People also recommend check Exhaust and Under Engine bay, which i did, found nothing loose.

So today European cars specialist confirmed Wrist Pin or Rod Bearing Engine knock but he is not sure which one, he did TEST DRIVE my M-sport X1 N55 and said this car is great suspension is awesome everything quiet except for the Engine Knock, but he couldn't really hear it unless he Accelerate hard after 3000-4000rpm.
He ordered the parts (2 weeks) and he told me the Car is drivable...that is why i'm looking for 2nd-3rd opinions with you guys here. Thanks in advance for the helps.
