COMFORT and SPORT settings?

Was looking at the Standard Features for the 2015 X1 on the BMW USA website. It states as a standard feature ...

Driving Dynamics Control with ECO PRO, COMFORT and SPORT settings

So does this mean that for 2015 that COMFORT and SPORT settings have been added? I don't have anything like that on my lightly optioned 2014 sDrive 2.8.

Garage List
I believe my brochure said the same, ECO, COMFORT and SPORT modes. I think what they mean is, you have ECO Pro, normal "D" and "DS". Has nothing to do with suspension and what not like the cooler cars

'comfort' is the normal mode and 'sport' is with the gear selector moved to the side- as it is an 'eXX' car it does not have the mode rocker switch like the 'fXX' cars do, and turning off DSC with sport mode would be equivalent to 'Sport+'. The x1 does not under go many changes at much of the car is still analog (hydraulic steering and static dampers) whereas newer cars with EPS can adjust the weight and dynamic dampening make the ride more firm in sport mode.

I drove the un4orgetable 435i under comfort and sport.

It's a no brainer to just leave on sport.

Comfort feels like a drowsy driver jerking the wheel.

My X1 s28i M sport feels great on the road, too.
