it's alright, probably will reflect top 4 of CFP this week.

Baylor is going down this week or next...they won't get by one of the Oklahoma schools. They scored a season low with the backup QB. Now they will play 3 high scoring offenses, and one (Sooners) with a pretty good defense.

We'll see about that. I have been very hard on our offense this year. Honestly, I have wondered if we would ever have an offense that looked as good as the years we won our back-to-back national titles. But they looked pretty damn good last Sat.

going to be frank here... Bama is a one-trick pony. Until you get a QB that can throw downfield, it'll be hard to match scores with a team that'll run up and down the field.

This is what I love most about CFB. Teams like Bama match up really well against similar teams like LSU, but when you put them against a Baylor, TCU, Texas Tech...that's when it gets fun to watch, of course those type of teams also apparently play defense with one hand tied behind their back.

I was in 6th grade so most likely

You can surely dig up some news from 16 years ago in your defense but that's pretty weak. I could easily name several Ohio State scandals too.

I would imagine schools are trying to better themselves over the decades. A slap on the wrist for a DUI shows Ohio State doesn't care much. TG for Boosters.

my point is, every major CFB program has dirt on their hands. A slap on the wrist isn't solely happening just at Ohio State. I mean, come on, Bobby Bowden himself directly said that he would have be stupid to release Peter Warrick in 1999, yet he released Coles for the exact same issue, when both players had "prior incidents". It's just Warrick was the star and feature of the #1 ranked team and Coles was just part of a plug-and-play set of back up receivers.

If schools really cared, they would have a zero tolerance policy. Boys will be boys and let's face it, most football players came from less-than-perfect, broken family, or poverished backgrounds. Couple this with putting the football program on a pedestal just puts kids in tempting situations.

The problem is endemic at every school, just look at Penn St. The football program was given free control and independence from the institution and president of the university. Tail waging the dog.
