Having a hard time figuring out what parts I need. Any help would be Appreciated

so recently swapped my tired and the tire shop said before I can align the tires i need to fix:

1. Passenger front lower forward control arm.(I have easily found this online)
2. Passenger rear lower inner bushing(Strut arm) Now I cannot find what this is for the life of me any help determining exactly what I need would be awesome!
3. Left upper rear control arm I'm pretty sure i know what this is but any help identifying it to make sure I get the right one would be appreciated.

I have access to a shop with all the tools i need. once i get the parts i can easily get them off and on again. I just wanna make sure i get the proper parts. i have a 2013 X1 xdrive 28i (e84)
