Dash lights rewiring

I love driving at night just to have the dash fully illuminated. Would it be possible to change some stuff around inside the dash to keep the dash fully lit without having the lights up all the time?

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I would try coding before rewiring.

Ok, and how would I go about that? I'm not very experienced with cars.
