On the topic of cyclists, I hate when they fly through stop signs and lights, or proceed down the wrong way of a narrow one-way in the city, and then look at you like you're a fucktard for almost hitting them.

They bitch and moan about their rights on the road and then don't even bother to abide by law. I know there are some good cyclists out there who don't pull that shit, but there are way too many who don't bother with rules and laws, giving all cyclists a shit reputation.

First of all it illegal to do so in most states and it makes much more dangerous for other motorists as well. Hazard lights are to be used when you need assistance or in some certain specific situations such as a funeral procession. They are not to be used because you can’t see clearly during inclement weather. When the hazards are on and the person is making a lane change how can you tell which lane they're doing into? You can't, it's hard to distinguish until they're actually in the lane.It also makes it harder to tell if the motorist ahead of you is tapping on the brakes or in distress.

The hazards are not there if the visibility is low. They're there because YOUR vehicle is a hazard to other motorists and they should avoid you. If you can't drive in the heavy rain, pull over and wait it out.
