Seriously, you're marrying a man who's been married before and you know your spouse is a close friend with a female. If it bothers you, talk in private! Don't try to make it a big deal at your joined party...

The worst thing is that I'm sure your suggestion is even more over the top than what I said. We have two women in our group, eight men and we all have spouses (I'm not counting this soon to be married dynamic duo). Most of us assumes her future husband would be more drawn to the men than to us women.
