BTW - if anyone has some codes or other things that a 'failing' transfer case would generate, including noises, please send my way. I have zero faults/codes and no grinding noise from Transfer case just that annoying hum starting above 10 mph. (see my previous posts)

That hum just sounds like feathered tires. If you pass you hand along the inside of the tire does it feel bumpy?
