Nice, congratulations, mine is mineral grey with coral red interior, but sport line. ( optional took the sport suspensión, and perfomance control, hifi, aluminiun interior, sport line, panoramic moonroof, electric seats, and other more.)

Félicitations! Ta suspension va s'écraser avec le temps, ne t'inquiète pas.

More you drive faster, more the X1 M-Sport can take turns. The electronic takes control to exceed your limits. I love my E84 M-Sport so much more than my previous E90.

Thank you. I may have misspoken with the term 's'écraser' but I'm glad to have you laughing! I love the heavy steering too, very precise.

Did you keep your style 322 for winters? Mine is on 18's with Conti WinterContact TS 830P in winter style and I loved it so much. Remember a night with very, very icy roads and I was like: Damn, it's like in summer and I'm driving at 140 km/h! But in deep snow, those tires aren't the best. But it's only 10% of the time... And X-Drive does a great job.

No, unfortunately the 322 were damaged. Anyway I was on 17" Star Spoke 317 for the Winter on Dunlop SP Winter Sport M3. Those tires are simply great on icy roads and even snow so I'm good.

For the look, I would have loved to go with mixed 322 18" but I'm sure it's safer to be on 225/50/R17 in the snow. It should give more grip than the larger 255's with the 18's ...

Do you have mixed wheels or 225/45/R18 at both end ?

Love the thread of your Conti ;-)

Oh and by the way when I said I had kept the 18's I was referring at those 355M that came with my new X1 instead of going with the 19's upgrade like you did. I had enough of upgrade already with all the additionnal options and pkg I had to pay in extra that the insurance wouldn't covered. So I'm good with the 18's.

Damn I feel good today :-) Did I mention than I really really like the X1 M Sport PKG ? It's a blast to drive. SO much planted on the road. So glad I was able to get an E84 in replacement instead of going front wheel drive / XDrive with the 2016 ... My sales rep wants me to testdrive the new one as soon as it's available but I'm sure the new platform and drivetrain will not suit my taste. I really like the 60/40 rear/front settings of the actual E84 platform.

The new X1 is better than the E84 in many "practical" way ( cargo, rear seat space, plastic quality, etc ... ) but the Driving dynamics will be pale in comparison with the E84 I'm sure.

A BMW must be rear wheel base even with the XDrive. This is my enthusiast humble opinion

ANyway we will see soon enough and for the moment I'm really really good with my new X1.

Did I said I really Like it ? Joking

I have 4x 225/45R18 on 18X8 wheels. Thoses SSR's Conti have around 240mm of thread. So, it's like I have 245 of another brand.

On my E90, I had 215/50R17 F and 235/45R17 R and it was the perfect mix for this car. It was more planted on the road. All the previous combinations didn't make me happy.
