Auxiliary driving lights?

On a street driven X1, not much affect at all. The big chrome tubing isn't my style but I like the placement. I remember seeing offroad driving lights that had a halo that stayed on like a DRL. Also I wonder if you can buy the new Ducati Scrambler's headlight unit and mount them I think it'd look pretty badass.

Exactly. Someone makes an auxiliary driving light like that. I thought it was a Hella but can't find it on their site. Maybe they did but don't any more? I'll poke around, see if I can figure out what I saw 5 years ago with I was looking for lights for another vehicle.

So if installing driving lights, would yall wire them into an existing light circuit, such as with the high beams, or wire in a new light switch? I've thought about installing lights on my X1, but I'd want to try myself and don't know how involved it would be.

Being an electrician, I'd wire it all to a new relay and switch.
