Outside temperature sensor location.

Need some help from you guys, my outside temperature sensor went bad at won't go past +5.0c my AC is not working properly due to this and my MPS has dropped to 12mpg. I've tried to find where this sensor is located but no luck, any of you guys know where it is located?

Mine is right bellow the righthand side foglight. I was able to access it by removing the fender liner.
