Window rolls down by itself

Hi, 2012 X1 Rear window on pass side rolls down with out switch pressed. Window lock out won't stop it from rolling down . Any ideas?

have you checked your switches? sounds like something spilled into your switch and maybe caused a short on the close circuit. How do you get the window back up? are you using the switch on the door in question or the driver control switch?

Switch

Thanks for the reply. have not spilled on the switches. This has happened before but usually roll up the window and it stays up. This time on a 20 min drive window rolled down 6 times. On way home it didnt roll down. Using switch on drivers door to roll up.

The actuator is bad. At least in my case it was. Same symptoms too, but rear driver side
