Running 4 rear wheels??? 255/35/19 on front 19x8 wheels? Wider rear tires possible?
Hi All,
Just curious if anyone is running 4, 19 inch rear style 225's all the way around. I would prefer to run a square setup with all 19x9's and probably 255/35/19's. Open to running spacers if necessary. On a similar note, is anyone running 255/35/19's on the stock front 19x8 style 225's??? Looks like most 255's state 8.5 inches as the minimum wheel width. The stock 225/40/19 Pirelli's look like rubber bands and are pretty stretched creating an arched "skinny" looking sidewall. I want them to be more flush and squared off with the face of the wheel. I've noticed a lot of Pirelli's seem to look more stretched than Michelin's of the same size. Looks like you'd have to go pretty wide (a 295) if you wanted the same revs/mile... I went though all the existing tire threads and couldn't find anything on this specific information. Thanks! |
