Want to purchase different rims... Dealer cost?
I am picking up my Factory ordered X! in about 2 weeks. I want to get different rims, either #320 or #355. You can purchase the #320's for $330 & the #355's for $408 as a walk in customer anytime. What is the dealers cost for these wheels because I would like the dealer to sell them to me at cost because I am purchasing a vehicle from them. In addition the dealer will not give me any $ for the Y spoke wheel that comes on my Xline trim model, I will have to sell these after the fact on EBay, etc.
thanks for any info |

I would think it's normal for them not to buy wheels from YOU. It's not what they're in business for. Call your dealer for a price. You most likely will not get them for cost. They're not in the business of losing money.

You may be able to negotiate the price down if you haven't bought the vehicle yet. Or you may be able to negotiate other services, like adding them to tire warranty if you have it, or free storage and wheel changes for wheels and tires bought through them.
But don't expect them to sell at cost - given that neither work nor space is free, they'll lose money on that. |

You want your dealer sell you those rims at cost because you purchasing a vehicle from them. Let me ask you? Did you get your car at cost? If not, then the same reason why should they sell you the rims at cost. My MAN!
