N55 chargepipe install

So I got the JB4 for my X1 xDrive 35i recently. I ordered the BurgerTuning chargepipe at the same time (basically a CP-E product). I had read a bunch of N55 install tips and guides.

When I go to install the chargepipe, I noticed that there is plenty of room in my X1 to get the job done without removing anything (ie. intake box). Took me about 1/2 an hour and it pretty much went in without much fuss. I did have to spend an extra 20 minutes looking for the Torx tool that I dropped down into the engine bay.

Well, the chargepipe was just insurance to avoid the stock plastic chargepipe from breaking on me with the higher boost. I didn't notice anything different after it was installed (and really wasn't expecting to). The JB4 itself is great. Pretty easy install and greatly increases the fun factor without affecting the driveability of the car. I have it on map 5 (auto-tune).

Here's a pic showing what I'm talking about when I said there is plenty of room to the right and bottom of the air box to remove and replace the chargepipe.
