How to manually fold the mirrors in

I'm a bit puzzled. Haven't figured out how to fold the mirrors in on my car that doesn't have electric folding mirrors.
Have always been able to do so on my other vehicles.
Thanks for any assistance

Family member has a three series and you just push them in with your hand. Have not tried this on a X1 but it should just be the same?

Yep, just push them backwards (forward to back). Takes a bit of force but no problem at all

The X1 has the normal folding mirrors like most car. You just push them back and forward

Thanks for responses.

I knew it had to be "just push them back" but they were very hard to push and I didn't want to damage anything.

Anyway, gave them a good shove recently and they fold just nicely.
