oh 17?
No i would go 225/50/17, should be lots out there but make sure they clear the brakes. Keep within 3% of your rolling diameter. |

Any idea if 245/40R19 wheels off a 2015 BMW X5 would fit on my 2015 BMW X1???
They have the same bolt pattern and here is my current set up: 18x8 30 225/45R18 18x9 41 255/40R18 BMW Let me know if anyone has run these before. Thanks, Wes |

Would be pretty aggressive as well being from an F15. Do you know the offset of the rims?

The f15 X5s wheels would require a hubcentric ring to center the wheel correctly on your X1's wheel hubs...if not you'll have a lot of wheel vibration if the wheels don't stay centered on your hub. If you were to install hub centric rings to mount the wheels...you would definitely need to calculate the tire's overall circumference (as suggested above) because the X5's tires are probably taller...thus you'd need to use the recommended 19" tire sizes for the X1.

nice catch Qsilver, I did not realize the E70 & F15 had a different center bore. Sounds like they won't work unless you want to risk the tire size difference and purchase hub centric rings AK.

I don't know the offset of the rims I am purchasing just yet. Found the set on Craiglist for $500, which looks like a pretty great deal for a set of wheels with almost brand new rubber on them. The person I am buying them from honestly doesn't know too much about the wheels.... Just could tell me what vehicle they came from.
