Looks like the BMW 135i Performance Exhaust fits

I was just comparing the exhaust part numbers on Real OEM and it looks like our exhaust is the same as the 135i's exhaust. This is great news because it opens up all sorts of options for us - it appears like the BMW Performance Exhaust for the 135i will fit!

If I can find a deal on one I might go for it.

Same part number is one thing; however the mounting points may be different.

They look exactly the same. I can pick one up for $850 but don't want to do it if it doesn't fit. This would appear encouraging though.....

I would try to get an under the car photo of both cars to see the mounting points. Are you running the BMS tune yet?

Yup, stage 2 JB4 with flex fuel wires. It works perfectly and is ridiculously fast.

So far, everything else that fits on a 1 series N55 has fit on this car, including the tune and the ER chargepipe. I'll try to get an under car photo today.

In person it looks pretty close to me but the part number is different. The pictures you posted are generic so they don't really show if there is a difference or not.

wouldnt we rather check to see if the 135is exhaust fits that would be free flowing and better sound

I believe the performance exhaust is superior to the "is" exhaust. Is the "is" exhaust even any different than the standard? I don't recall any difference.

Actually I personally won't be checking the fitment of any of the stock/optional BMW units as I have a Berk Street axle back sat at home.

Let me know how the fitment is, I've been laying out designs to fabricate an axle back but if its not necessary I won't go through with it lol
