The engine is already in there. At least in the 35i version. Just different tuning / turbo setup.

I love how they promote the "active lifestyle" in that commercial... typical compact SUV b.s.

BMW the "ultimate marketing machine"

Such a weird feeling to get something before the US...

I still find the X1 so small... it looks bigger when viewing it from the outside but once you are in it the car feels small to me. I guess that's the point, though - small SAV.

Is in driven onto the ship, is it craned on, is it put in a cargo container with other cars? Just curious.
Thx,
Exactly like this:

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is BMW's usual carrier, and while you can see a lot of them in this mini-documentary, it's interesting that they don't get mentioned by name.

friend of mine does this job of unloading cars off the car ships. these cars haven't been started in at least a week and guys are sh!t kicking them onto the lot. he told me that when they got the first order of GTR's in canada the workers were revving the piss out of them.

I can't wait to test-drive one! I love the size of it and that dash... I love it! It's got a mixture of E-gen plus the newer F-gen cues.
