I'm from NSW Chatswood and my pro navigation (2014 version) in my 2014 X1 doesn't let me input building numbers for Pacific Hwy and Princess Hwy (These are the two Hwy I have come across so far). Building number and Road junction options grays out. Took to BMW service and one of the staff checked it on another X1 (2013 version nav) and surprisingly it had the same thing. However, I got him to check on diff model, I'm pretty sure it was 1 series hatch with 2013 nav version, and it had no issues at all. lucky I got him to try on diff model as he was just about to dismiss it saying it was design thing. Has anyone in Australia or anywhere else come across such thing?
I have left my car with them for them to investigate and hoping they fix it as these things are soo inconvenient at times..

Ok the result came out disappointing As per the service centre in Artarmon, NSW, they upgraded my iDrive to the latest version, reinstalled nav as it's already the latest one but to no avail. They said they reported this to BMW Australia and they tried on different X1s as well and since they all had the same thing they concluded this as a design thing. I was advised by the staff that similar was reported about a year ago without any action. So they said that they are sorry and that's all they can do as BMW Australia seem to be turning a blind eye to this issue.

This is ridiculous. Our (Australian) x1s are stripped out enough functionality wise as it is. So, please check your x1's nav and report it to your local dealer if you suffer the same and also do the "Navigation Anomaly Report" through bmw.com.au site for the same so that they know we know. At times this is really inconvenient. I've done the anomaly report as well but together our voice will be louder
