bmw financing, rate change?

Hello,

I'll be picking up my X1 this Friday!
I was originally planning to pay with a Line of Credit but after
looking at bmw financing with a lower rate, I now am planning to just
finance it.

But now I hear rates may be going up for April. This is kinda of bad timing since its right near the beginning of the month and the March rates expire April 1st.

So, if I was to finance, and the rates do increase for April, is it possible for me to negotiate my purchase date financing rate? or maybe the rate of March since I technically could have picked up the car last week?
(I'm an hour flight away, and couldn't get tickets with Easter long weekend)

I'm just a little nervous since I have to make a one time trip, and if I forget anything, I'm pretty much hooped.
Just want to cross the t's and dot the i's before I jump on a plane.

I'm now considering to get my LOC, and then option to not use it if I can get the lower finance rate with BMW.

What would you do?
Thanks,

Okay, quick update.
Talked to my sales guy, and I was able to get my March Finance rate.
Sorry for the noise.
