Whenever I try to play music from my phone, the car's screen says "Unknown artist"

This happens 98% of the time when I play music via bluetooth through a music streaming service. I have tried playing through spotify, youtube music, amazon music and the car's players says "unknown artist/album". Is there a way to fix this issue so that the name/album of the songs I am playing to appear on the screen? My phone is a Samsung S10 if that is in any way relevant.

That happens with mine as well about 50% of the time. I use an iPhone.

Same here. It was a random, al beit rare, treat to actually get track info to display. I just switched phones a couple of weeks ago, though, and it's been working every time so far.
