Pedalbox DIY

PedalBox Instructions
Check out the PedalBox HERE
Difficulty Rating: 1/5
Included In Box: PedalBox Module, PedalBox Manual, 2 Velcro Zip Ties, Adhesive Velcro.
Installation Time: Approximately 5-10 minutes

Tools Required: -Small Flathead Screwdriver
-3/16” Allen Key

1.Turn off your ignition and wait five minutes or disconnect the negative terminal of your battery.
2.Locate the plastic tab and pry it off with a flathead screwdriver. This will expose an allen key screw.

3.Unscrew the screw with a 3/16” allen key.
4.Lift up on the base of the pedal to loosen the bottom of the pedal, then also pull upwards on the upper portion of the pedal assembly (shown in 2nd picture). This will slide the pedal assembly off of its rail.

5.Turn the pedal assembly to the left to expose the clip on the right side of the pedal.

6.Squeeze the clip from both sides and pull to release it.

7.Plug the male PedalBox connector into the female connector from your car.

8.Take the pedal assembly and plug the remaining PedalBox connector into it.

9.Turn on your ignition to make sure there are no check engine lights. If a check engine light appears, check to make sure the clips are both clicked in. If this does not fix your problem, refer to the troubleshooting page in the manual that came in the box.
10.Slide the pedal assembly back onto the rail. The rail must slide into the slot in the second image below.

11. Screw the allen key back in and replace the cap, as depicted in step 2.
12. Route the wire wherever you would like using the included zip ties, and use the mounting Velcro to mount the PedalBox.
13. Go for a test drive!
