Brake dust and the X1

I started out with a Z4 that had to have the wheels cleaned after a ride around the block. Traded that one for a 135i which had to have the wheels cleaned after backing out of the garage. I realize that both of those cars had performance brakes. I recently went on a several hundred mile trip and the wheels of the X1 looked as if they had just been cleaned at the end of the trip. While I do enjoy detailing my cars, I certainly appreciate the minimal brake dust on the wheels.

BMW changed pad material. You may also notice the absence of that awesome initial BITE. It's gone. But I like clean wheels too, so I'm not complaining
