e84 pdc front dead after radio/nav replacement

Hello,
In e84 (2011), the previous owner replaced the radio/nav (the old one reportedly flooded).
The I-drivedisplay(businesses)shows only the rear sensors. The front is dead.
I checked pdc in ISTA- it sees 8 sensors (front + rear-working in test module).
What needs to be recoded with NCS to make it work as it should (Empty MAN file??) which modules?
And by the way in navigation (CIC) it shows that this function is unavailable...(no navigation available)
