Panoramic Sunroof
Hi guys
Thought I'd ask about the Panoramic Sunroof, which I'm already ordering. Love how big and airy it feels, and it was the number 1 option I for me. Just wanted to ask some questions out of curiosity, mainly as I've never had a sunroof before. Do you guys who have the glass showing all/most of the time (i.e the hard cover slid back), irrespective of weather. Do you find that when its really cold and the hard cover is slid back, the heating takes long to heat up the car (i.e. does the glass let a noticeable amount of heat out)? Same with when its really hot when the hard cover is slid back, does the heat of the sun really heat the interior so that it takes longer for the air conditioning to work? Thanks guys for your opinions. |

I had the panoramic sunroof in my X5 and always had the cover slid back. Gives a more light and airy feel to it.
I also noticed no difference in cold/heat altho I did oy have the car over summer. It's a fantastic option and I actually regret not ordering it on mine. |
