My warranty is almost done

I bought my 2013 X1 on Good Friday of 2013. I now have 49,600 miles on it. My warranty expires in 400 miles. I haven't had any issues with the car and have been very happy with it. Well except for going with saddle leather tan interior which is not a fault with the car.

I wish I could get one more free service with it but I am about 2,000 miles out. Any suggestions on anything I should legitimately have them check or do in the next 400 miles?

It is going to be hard to resist modding the car after the warranty is up. But I see a Berger tune in my future. I would love new springs to make it handle better but I don't want it lowered, I drive off road too often.

Damn, I thought nobody was even close to me on mileage! I had 18k on my 2013 X1 when I got rid of it and now I have 42k on my 2014. You are right behind me!

As for the service, if you have a decent relationship with the dealer they should goodwill it for you since you are so close. The big ticket item you want to make sure they check is the brake rotors and pads, you may be getting close to needing new ones after 50k miles depending on how you drive. I went through my first set of rotors a bit sooner but I track, so you should get more life than I do.

My 2013 just passed 50k trouble free miles. I am hoping to hit 150k with nothing but routine maintenance!!!

I placed a call to my service rep Friday afternoon and left a message. Hopefully he will help me out, the front rotors do look a little worn.

I put 196k on my last car before it started having major repair issues and my wife put 221k on hers before it was wrecked (not her fault). We try to go 10 years or 200k on our cars so I am hoping the X1 lasts that long. From what I have experienced so far, it should
