It depends on who you ask and what they want out of the car. The lady in the house finds it punishingly hard. I find it's refreshing to not feel seasick from soft suspension, and be able to take curves faster, with the sports seats holding me in place.
If you like to go fast and drive actively, the harder suspension makes the ride smoother, but if you drive sedately and think of a car as primarily a means of transportation, the M-Sport line isn't the best choice.
If you toss the car around potholes, M-Sport will help. If you tend to slow down to take them gentler, or don't see them until you hit them, get an X-Line instead.
