AC Very slow to cool off

So my 2013 X1 35i MSport is slow to cool. After driving about 2 to 3 miles or about 5 to 10 minuets it gets nice and cold. Checked refrigerant levels, they are ok and once cold the air is in the low to mid 50 degree F coming out of the vents here in hot humid Florida.

Any thoughts on what I should check next?

Do you have the A/C on full fan, recirculating inside the car?
Other than that, a few ideas:
-Compressor is old/leaking, not cooling as fast as before
-Belt not engaging compressor effectively
-Leaks in air ducts, venting cold air outside
-Cabin air filter could be clogged, especially if you have a pet in the car frequently

I feel your pain, tough to beat the heat in summer months. Do you have tinted windows?
