How to remove dome light silver trim?

I attempted to replace the interior lights with led bulbs. I somehow pushed too hard on the led and dislodged the light socket. See attached photo. Arghh! How do I remove the silver trim to retrieve the socket? Hoping to not have to remove the entire panel help!!

Thanks.

You don't, just grab and bulbs and pull them out. Then replace them with the leds.

He's talking about the bulb holder, not the bulb; it got pushed back into the headliner.

This may help you recover the socket assembly for the bulb.

Thanks for the replies. I fixed it.
Removed the entire console. Retrieved the socket. Installed it back on. Worked. LED-ed the interior for a more modern atmosphere.
