Eibach and H&R offer lowering springs for the general range of X1 but I'm not sure if they specifically fit the 35M.

KW makes coilovers. AC Schnitzer makes springs for the X1, not sure how much lower they would be over stock m sport. If E90 springs work, There's almost endless options. I plan on buying the ACS springs for my sportline 28i, but the KWs are a killer way to go

ACS will be roughly 1 1/4". That's pretty well the standard industry wide. Give ACS usa or where ever you are a call.

Why lower it?
Stock suspensions does the job also very well.
